Super reliable service with an excellent end result.

Excellent scans and good value

I sent Best Photo Scan some old family photos to have scanned and was very pleased with the results. The process was straightforward, I got the scans back quickly, and the prints were returned just a couple of days later. They even did some colour correction on the scans, which was really nice. (I had some negatives scanned by another company that didn't do colour correction, and I had to do this myself.) I would definitely recommend Best Photo Scan and will use them again in the future.

Digital photos

I used this company recently to copy about 240 photos. The instructions for sending the photos were excellent. They acknowledged when the photos were received and they were returned with a usb stick , which I had requested, within a week. Would definitely use them again.

High Quality Output - Delivered in Record Speed

I was amazed at just how great this service was. I sent my very special photographs (all 105 of them in various shapes and sizes) to Best Photo Scan and within 2 hours of receiving them they were all scanned in and I had downloaded them to my own PC. I received emails telling me when each stage of the process was complete and my photographs arrived home safely 2 days later. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

3600 photos in over 150 envelopes

I sent 3600 photos of differing sizes in over 150 envelopes with title of contents for each one. Quite a task for the firm. Each envelope had the same sized prints in them to help the copying process. I asked for folders and got them back as digital folders, each with the envelope title, in two zip files. Excellent quality and excellent service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I emailed a query before placing g an order and this was responded to very quickly. Having placed my order I was kept informed at each stage of my photos journey. The whole process for 2000 photos, some if which were fragile and damaged was completed in less than a week. Would highly recommend.

A gold standard for service and quality

The service was superb and the quality of the digitised prints absolutely amazing. From the initial acknowledgement e mail to the return of our prints, memory stick and disc we couldn't have been more delighted. We had approximately 1300 photos digitised. Some were poor quality and some small prints for which we don't have any expectations. How wrong we were. Brilliant.

Fast, Efficient, Great Scans

I bought my mum a Google Nest Hub for Christmas and she asked me could she have her old photographs displayed on it. I have a personal scanner, and although I started to scan a few photographs, it was quickly apparent that this would take me weeks/months to do, and I quickly gave up. After a few Google searches and reading a few reviews, I decided to use Best Photo Scan to do the job. I am so glad that I did! I received my scans after about 3 days and the orginal photogrpahs a couple of days after that. Upon receiving the scans, I spent the rest of the day looking through the old photographs. They look fantastic on my 27-inch monitor. The day was quite emotional as it obviously brought back memories of relatives who are no longer with us. I hadn’t seen some of the photographs for over 20 years and now they appear as a slideshow on mine and my mum’s Nest Hub. We are made up with the service Best Photo Scan.

Recommended - easy to use and quick service

Simple, intuitive site. Found sites with similar prices but think I remember Best Photo Scan working out as one of if not the most competitive for the amount of photos we needed digitising. The actual service and the return of the original photos was quick (a few days). The quality of the digitised photos is also good and as expected based on our selections. I'd recommend their services to others based on our experience.

Excellent Company - highly recommend

Having pulled all my photos out of the loft, I decided it was time to get them digitalised so I could share with family. After a quick google search I came across ‘Best Photo Scan’ and on reading the reviews decided to give them a go. I am so pleased I did, they were excellent in all aspects; communication, quality of scans, price and turnaround. Some of my photos were so old and some not in the best condition (sticky from removing from albums) I thought there was no way they would be scanned - how wrong was I! The download from the cloud was very easy and I received my originals back within a couple of days. I now have my 1500 photos in digital format that I have shared with family and what a great response I have had. Thank you so much Craig.

Like many of us, digitising my old school photos has been on the list too long... I looked at different providers and am really glad to choose Best Photo Scan! Everything went quickly and smoothly, great quality! Easy to transfer the files from their cloud to my Google Drive. My original prints arrived home quickly too. No hesitation to recommend!

I can't praise Best Photo Scan enough. Everything went smoothly and precisely in line with the process outlined on their website (actually a little quicker than promised!). The photos were expertly scanned and, despite postal strikes, the originals were returned safely within a couple of days of downloading the scanned images. I strongly recommend Best Photo Scan.
