Will my photos be scanned/returned in the same order?

If your photos are contained in an obvious order we will try our best to scan them in that order but can’t guarantee this. There may be the odd occasion when some photos are slightly out of order. This is normally due to a photo having to be re-scanned.

However, if photos are contained in envelopes/batches (e.g. by year/event) we will always place the photos back in the same batch. Just the order of the photos within the batch might be slightly different.

Please note that numbers on the back of photographs will be ignored. In fact, we don’t recommend writing anything the back of your photographs as the ink can transfer to other photos.
